Children's Classes 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM (except Thursdays. Black Belt Club Only)

Adult Classes (Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri. (Black Belts ONLY)

8 PM to 8:45 PM  (Except Fridays, Black Belts Only)

Tuesdays Thru Thursdays 12 PM-1 PM

 

Saturdays

Children -- 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM / Adults -- 12:00 PM TO 12:30 PM
